Thanks. I have full windscreen cover so the window might break some night and save all that hassle. Was going to a sealant people have recommended on here to me 1st.

I got a local windscreen place to remove and refit the screen. There’s a slight risk of the screen breaking on removal, but the fitter said they did a lot of work like this for the local Merc main dealer and they’ve never had one break yet. Avoid using one of the main windscreen companies if you can, as I found they’ll be 2 or 3 times the price when I was calling round. Find a local fitter with a good reputation if you can.

It can be bought from lots of places on line. I've used it on yachts to fix some pesky water leaks.

Hi lads, has anyone had issues with water coming in from the top right hand corner of the rear window and making the parcel tray and boot wet, also visible water droplets on the bottom right hand side of the window.

If it helps, I had the same on my 300h and the dealer eventually refitted the rear window as there were reports of a batch of cars that were not fully sealed, same year as yours, and that did fix it.

Hi, how did u manage to get the dealer to replace your rear seal ? I checked mine and it appears that the water is leaking in from the top right hand corner. I've contacted my main dealer here in ireland and they said they have never heard of the issue before. Thanks
