I assumed this was the official Toyota / Lexus factory service manual directory as I had read about it alot on forums. does the link you provided also have all the factory service manuals ?

Hi All,

   I am new to this forum I purchased a 2007 IS250 back in December and have just signed up for the Toyota TIS I paid $20 (£15) for a 2 day pass and have verified my email but whenever I put in my username and password  I just get a page saying '' There was an error in the page you requested please contact administrator ''

Is anyone else having problems with TIS or encountered this before the link i am using is https://techinfo.toyota.com 

I wondered if it wasn't accessible via the UK so I tried a proxy and that gives the same issue.  

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice please.
