Mine just popped up randomly one day - you can use the 'check for updates' on the menu to see if any are outstanding for your car

i use the stoplock pro elite on my 2022 NX - they are currently on sale as part of the amazon prime day deals sale 

My annoyance is that my lights (and screen brightness darkening) happens when i drive under a small bridge, under a large tree - this can be very annoying when driving down a sheltered road when the screen goes bright/dark every few seconds

Bizarre - i haven't had that message pop up on mine. I have had it since Sep '22 and hae only had to do 1 software update, and this worked fine whilst driing.

i have this on the dashboard above the glovebox - its my son getting in and out with his schoolbag rubbing on it - was never a problem in my Audi A5 but very noticeable in the NX. He now puts it one the back seat

Just booked mine in with Lexus Sheffield for XGG95 - they said another recall 'reprogramming the computer' will be done at the same time. They will come and pick up and car, leave me a courtesy car and return mine back once complete - excellent service!

i know there is a bug and your 130MPH should actually be 130KPH (around 80 mph)

I love my dark rose interior too - its slightly lighter than your photo from the website but nowhere near as light as the other photos you poseted

I received this letter too - has anyone had success in getting lexus to collect their car, perform the update and return it back. It's a huge nuisance to have to drive to nearest Lexus, drop off, tram into work and back etc etc

To be fair - it has worked fine for me (350h). It doesn't always register trips but thats not a big deal. Used it a lot during the winter to pre-heat the car before the school run!

I've given up using the inbuild Nav - a shame as it looks great full screen on the 14" display! I use Google maps over carplay which is much more accurate but i do wish i could view it full screen

Sorry to hear this - i have a steering wheel lock (Stoplock) on mine to hopefully deter opportunist thieves but real professionals will have a way around anything

No power near rear view mirror i’m afraid! 

Not sure what is happening with mine - the standard boot close button works fine but if i try the close and lock door button it rarely works - just beeps and does nothing?

They should have definitely used the new version, with upgraded tech

Had my 350h for 5 months now - on a longer run I get around 45mpg and shorter journeys anything between 30mpg (if mostly uphill) and 75mpg (if mostly downhill). 

It is very good as swapping to EV mode when idling in traffic, which really helps overall MPG.

It displays the whole width of the screen - which is nice but you still have the bottom section occupied by the climate settings - you can 'hide' these when using the lexus map but cannot when using carplay

Is anyone aware of plans to allow the 14” screen to display apple carplay in full screen?

The scale of the maps on the Lexus nav are great but the functionality of Google maps/Apple maps/Waze is far superior -but they only use 3/4 of the screen!

My Iphone 14 pro max works fine, as does the Iphone 12 pro max so not sure why the iphone13 is an issue?

For those querying the current temperature that the App displays - check the last updated date. Just wondered why mine said it was 20 degrees and noticed it was last update on 15th December. I refreshed the page and it changed to 5 degrees!

Perhaps crank up the temperature you want it to get to on the app and see if it stays on for longer - mine has worked fine since the latest OTA update

My remote heating proved to be very useful this morning when the car was fully frosted over when i woke up!

I have only had 1 or 2 issues using the remote heating on my 350h - i usually just try again and it works.
