I got my renewal yesterday morning from Lexus Insurance, quoting £583.

Comp with PNB.

I called 4 other companies

Privilege quoted £602

Elephant.co.uk quoted £787

A Quote quoted £624

Last one was an internet based company but I called them up

InsuranceWide.com

After going over the details and what I get with the policy they quoted me £494

Savings are going toward 4 new tyres

i am picking up a is 200 sport tommorro i have had quote off e sure for £370 inc breakdown cover with green flag i am 33 with 5 years no claims with a swansea postcode inc no claims bonus protection more than happy with that

Picking up from a dealer or local garage?  What year is the Lex?

Look out for ball joints knocking, test the CD player as older models had a commonon problem, alloys pitting, water pump.

Otherwise enjoy the lex and the lexworld

its 1999 on a t plate i have taken it out on a test drive over some speed ramps as sugested on the forum forgot to take any cd s with me to test the player fingers x it will be ok thanks very much for your help cant wait to pick it up its from a second hand dealer with full lex history with 95000 miles serviced 3000 miles ago
