Evening all, just introducing myself as I shall be looking to tap into the hive mind about all things Lexus.

looking at an SC430 after having 2 Mercedes CLK cabrios and an E53 BMW X5 in the last 12/ 14 months. First CLK I absolutely loved but couldn’t turn down the money I was offered for it. Bought a cheaper one with a view to doing a rolling restoration on it before it started biting me on the bum, so that was sold and I duly jumped into the X5.

Big mistake. They are total junk, so sold that.

Anyhoo, with the X5 getting collected on Saturday I have a car shaped hole on my drive, ( the wife”s drive has an SLK and A160CDI on it) and fancy something a bit different but with a V8.

In case you were wondering my username is a reference to my occupation and occasional bouffant if I don’t get my hair cut on a regular basis.
