I took my Sport in to the dealer yesterday because the brake system warning light came on. they have told me that all the discs need replacing along with the pads. and the near side caliper has seized. :flaming::flaming: They have told me that the caliper is covered by the warrentee, but the discs and pads I will have to pay for. With labour this comes to just under £700 :flaming::flaming: My point is the car was checked by the RAC in December. I have done approx 7000 miles since then. surely they would have picked up that the discs were at their limits. I mean all the discs are shot??????? :o:o there is nothing on the RAC report about the discs being worn so much that they may need replacing within 10,000 miles. what should I do? In fairness the service dept at Guilford are looking at the situation, but I may still have a bill for nearly £700 :flaming::flaming::flaming:
