I would like to purchace an altezza if anyone could help me?

It is with great regret i have to inform you that my Altezza RS200 has been written off.

I dont know how much my insurance company are planning to pay off for it but i was wondering if anyone knew what the market value for the following would be:

Altezza RS200, 17 inch Alloys, Rear Spoiler, a/c, silver colour, tinted windows e.t.c. Mileage of 40,000 miles. The car hadnt passed SVA and MOT yet. But almost all the work had been done.

Can anyone find out the market value for the car taking into account it hadnt been registered e.t.c?

and drive the IS for luxuary drives

Cheapest option would be to sell the IS and buy an Altezza. You can then always SC or Turbo that ;)

true, but it would be cheaper to buy a Tezza and have the seats re-trimmed than doing an engine transplant in a IS200

well, a basic TTE S/C will give about 200bhp, you can probably upgrade to around 250 - 300bhp if you throw enough money at it..

As fora turbo, you would be looking at similar gains...

Put it like this, the S/C will make the IS as quick as the RS200, for a lot less money - mind you, you could trade the IS for a Tezza too

Whats the most u can get out of a standard IS200 and whats best modifications wise?

Are you planning on transplanting a RS200 engine into your IS? if so, why not start with a RS200 instead?
