Hard ride
Same car, same experience upon delivery/handover. Letting some air out to 2.3 bar solved it and much more comfortable for it.

Feel every lump and bump
Me and my wife had the same thoughts about our LBX Takumi (from March this year) being a stiffer ride that the test car (also Takumi). Found in a chat on this forum complaints about tyre pressures, then checked mine and found them all to be 2.6 bar! Let some air out to bring to 2.3 bar as per tyre pressure sticker in door frame, and all was fine and much more comfortable afterwards. (still, not as comfy and smooth as the Citroen C4 is traded in but a much nicer car overall)

Software update & new battery
I recommend you still install an Ancel BM-200 battery monitor. For about £25 GBP, you get peace of mind and continuous readout of battery voltage and State of Charge (if within Bluetooth range). My LBX (end March 2026), Takumi, has 39A battery, and with the BM-200 I can see that still depletes relative quickly over a week of not driving (100%>~50%). But i am not concerned and use 2A NOCO trickle charger for about 2 hours night before driving to fill battery. Has taken worry away that many others have described. Have been able to start fine on just below 12V and about 30-40% SOC though.

Rubber grommet refitting after feeding dashcam cable through
Has anyone installed a rear view dash camera on an LBX and fed the cable through the rubber grommet connecting the chassis to the hatch/boot door? I don't know of for other Lexus models the bottom rubber ring is also fitter around a white plastic ring/holder. Following videos on the topic of rear dash cam installation, I have succeeded to feed the dash cam cable through the grommet after losening it at both ends. Whilst the one end to connect to the hatch/boot door is easy to pop in, the other end is (near) impossible to fit back again. That one needs to be fit around a white plastic 'clamp' or oval ring that has 4 sections, and has some up-down movement. However, due to the rubber's tightness, lack of grip on it with my finger, and not getting enough purchase of the white plastic bit to fold the rubber around it, I am unable to reseal the grommet back in place the whole way around. This is the best I can describe this. I have attached some photos of partially refitted grommet: one shows the whole grommet, and in the other you can see the white plastic 'ring' where the rubber still needs to be fitted around. I don't have a photo that shows that white plastic oval ring in full. In all the videos I have watched, it was just a rubber ring on the grommet that had to be popped back in the metal hole. Is there a way to get that white oval 'ring' out of its position, so that I can fit the rubber ring back first and then insert the assembly back into the chassis? I don't see an obvious clip or level to remove it/pull it out. I now seriously regret ever having undone the bottom half, and doing so with both grommets (stupidly) to find out which one offered more internal space to feed the dash cam cable through. TIP: If you ever plan to do similar with a dash cam cable, then only use the right-side grommet (fewer cables going through it) and leave the bottom end connected to the chassis. You'll save yourself a headache and fingerache, and probable a point for water leak (which I'll need to prevent now). I now have Cher's song going through my head: "If I could turn back time....."

Wireless Android Auto
I was pleasantly surprised during an LBX test drive 1 month ago to found that my Android phone connected wirelessly for Android Auto to the LBX Takumi test car. Not strictly because of that positive update, I subsequently ordered that car. Should be receiving it in about 1 week. Saves the hassle of having to use a cable to connect to Android Auto. For all those owners still having to use a cable connection for Android Auto, I do hope a software update will give you all wireless connection soon too.
