Thanks for the advice, I emailed them about my 2021 model, they replied with a call next day and booked my vehicle in with the local dealer next week, all free of charge which is what you expect from Lexus

Yes, it was a very low voltage of the vehicle main battery. I recharged it and it was fine

Hi My keyless entry fob has stopped working on my 450h and I only have the one fob. Unusually last night the alarm sounded for no reason and I went to the vehicle and unlocked/locked it stopping the alarm. When I tried to use the car today, the keyless feature didn't work and when I press a button on the remote, the red light flashes but nothing happens on the vehicle. I changed the battery to be on the safe side but still the same. Many thanks Gerry
