I have just bought a 1991 Toyota Celsior LS400 (Japanese Import). I need to get 1 x front drivers wishbone in order to get it through the nct test. Anyone any ideas where i can get it as cheap as possible. Any help please. Thanks

Cheers Adz. My refs rise to compensate also but every minute or so they drop back down and go up and down for a while and then down so low the car cuts out. Thanks for help.

I think my Lexus Ls 400 - 1994 is a fantastic car, however i have a serious problem. When i apply the air conditioining, it lasts for about five minutes and when i stop the car at a junction of traffic lights , the revs drop so low that when i proceed to take off again the car cuts out and i have to re-start again. This is very annoying and it stops me using the air con. I have had it with the mechanic several times but to no avail. Can anyone please help me.Desparate. Thanks

If it's the same as the Mk.1 GS head unit, the code can be changed or disabled by the user. Might be worth tracking down the former keeper(s) to see if they can remember. Also, check the user manual, it might have been written in there. I thought they were made by Fujitsu Ten? ← I had this problem recently.My mecanic disconnected the battery for too long and the stereo was locked and i did not have any code. A friend from Lexus told me that i have 3 attempts. Its normally the last 3 digits of the reg plate or the chasis mumber. It was the last 3 digits of the chasis. So it worked. Then i changed it myself to suit me. Hope this helps.

Hi there. In relation to the radio code.This happened to me when my mechanic disconnected the battery and when i got my car back the radio was in locked mode.Lexus dealer said i had to book it in and would cost approx 200 euro. However a friend of mine knew a guy that worked in a Lexus dealer, and he told me normally when someone buys a new Lexus they use the last four digits from the chasis number for the radio code or the reg number.I had three chances and the second one worked with the last 4 digits on the chasis number.So i saved at least 200 euro. Hope this helps.

Anybody help please. When I turn on the Air Conditioning in my 1994 Ls 400, the car loses power and the revs drop down very low and sometimes the car cuts out completely.This does not happen all the time, but quite regularily. Anyone with same problem.Cheers.
