That anything to do with one press locking the doors and second press activating the deadlocking ?? Don't have any display on my remote to indicate whether locked or not...guess slightly different for each market. ← Forgot to mention, my alarm/security system is an after-market one, comes with display screen, shape like small handphone. I just discovered today. If I wait few minutes after I closed the driver's door, and then lock using my remote control, it doing fine, the remote control display shows LOCKED with one press only. Strange.., but not a big deal.

I hv similar issue. I hv to lock TWICE to get my remote control displayed the driver's door is LOCKED. If I only press the lock button once, it lock all doors but my remote monitor still indicates driver's door UNLOCKED, but it is actually LOCKED as I checked it physically by pulling the door opener. Not a big deal for me, just hv to press the lock button twice in my remote, to get rid of UNLOCKED icon on my remote control display. :P

Hi Terry, Great! We have exactly the same model, except you got better front bumper, nice rims & mine is black colour. I will try the FM radio first. BTW, managed to get signal for the TV today, but not so clear. I think I need to change the antena. I'm very keen to upgrade to DVD. Let me know if find the stuff. Cheers

Hi Friends, Finally got my Black Y2000 Harrier 3.0LV6 (RX300) used ex-Japan, after a long wait. Very satisfied with the condition, low mileage 22K+ KM only. HID light, sun-roof, full skirting, rear crystal light etc. Few questions (as usual, used Japan does not come with manual, even if there is manual, it will be in Japanesse); 1) TV - how to get the TV functioning? so far, I dont get any signal! should I change the antena? 2) FM - the frequency range is narrow, only between 80-99 FM if not mistaken. I can get few FM channels only. Some said I need booster. Anyone installed it? Any recommended brand? 3) DVD player - anyone has installed DVD player onto the original audio system? many thanx in advance

Thanks guys. I will check with Toyota. The reason I want to double-check the make year coz I ordered it from independent importer. I'm not really trust them. Toyota (Malaysia) is not selling or importing Harrier. BTW, thanks for the info. You guys are great!

Anyone know how to check the year of manufacturing for RX300. I've ordered used Harrier from Japan. The shop told me it is year 2000. Is there any website to check the manufacturin year? I got the chasis & engine no; chasis: MCU10-0001719 engine: 1MZ'0526942 TQ
