We have recently bought an RX300 which we love but for one small, important point. The driver's seat does not go back far enough for me to drive comfortablyand I am only 6 feet 2 inches. I informed the dealership after 10 days that I wanted the seat to go further back and they said they would look into fixing it for me. After 3 months of investigating they now say it cannot be done and it is just tough. I thought Lexus and customer satisfaction went hand in hand. They have now offered £10k less than the purchase price for the car if I want to sell it back to them. It is only 3 motnhs old and has less than 1500 miles on the clock
I am a brand new Lexus driver and feel that I am getting dumped on.
Any legal eagles out there or indeed anyone with similar experiences
