    looks like a great solution! does the ipod get power from this connector too? I have a GS430 from 2001 as well, so please let us know which connector you used.

    I'd be interested to join in if the price is right... Is this the AIC-100i device? I have a GS430 from 2001 with the normal (Lexus Premium) sound system - how would I know if mine supports the MD emulation? Cheers, Jeroen
