I bought some TRD side skirts from an LOC member without a fitting kit or any instructions, i held them up where they should be but there is no holes or any markings! does anyone happen to still have their fitting instructions for these! thats the long shot, I think i probably have to drill holes underneath the car - fit the bolts in, then lift the carpet to fit the nuts? or maybe its just self tappers?
Cheers,
Steve.
i had the same thing just drilled holes near the big holes in the side skirts underneath and bolted them on if you try using the holes in the side skirts there is nothing for the bolts to grab on to .

I really like the look of the IS 200, but have been told mpg is very poor. Is this true?
Also, which is better the auto or the manual?
Thanks in advance....
fuel is quiet bad but the car you get for it is worth it. i have an auto but never drove an manual so cant say on that one.

is that the centre section one sorry if im being thick

wozza does your manifold bring the eng/light on as it doesnt have any cats
-
had a similar problem although mine just turned out to being the 10amp fuse blowing as each headlight has its own fuse under the bonnet
-
been told my key will need to be laser cut and doesnt come cheap am i being knocked off

I don't have any for sale, but I thoroughly recommend the
Alpine SPS-171A Component Speakers my ICE install.
A quick net search brings up a price of £69.99 ( they were £95 when I bought them)
You will need some spacers, I think I used ones for a Corsa, but measure the speakers against the spacer first before you buy !!
They are externally Amplified from the boot, the source is a non Lexus Head Unit too.
bought these after listening to wozzas and they are a good replacement and yes they need a corsa spacer from Halfords to fit them cost about £12 for the spacers

I think red looks a bit 'chavvish', but that's only my opinion. I think a dark colour or just silver looks best - it then looks good but doesn't distract you from the rest of the car but does strike the right note when you see them.
Yep that's why I went with black too, makes them look tidy with standing out too much........
Mine are idential to yours mate. They look really good done like that I think
This is what i was thinkin with LOC 1`s been silver but still carnt find a pic
I had them the opposite on my old 1
looks like mine although mine have a curved lexus badge that goes with th curve of the caliper

may try a diffrent seeting the weekend as it still doesnt feel the same in lower gear
-
changing the oil is easy like others said its the filter that is the pain there is a special tool to get it off. the chain tool they sell in Halfords dont work as you dont have enough room to manover it .
-
got mine black with white carbon decals on used hammerite came out a treat used hammerite smooth on 3 other cars and never had any problems but as stav said make sure you clean and rub down.
-
all fitted just need to change the settings to get the power back i have it on setting 10 at the moment anyone know if that is to high it just wasnt right on 8 or 9. wozza did you fit yours yet
-
got 8mm spacers on the rear just wasnt sure about rubbing on the body arch when fully loaded
-
dont think you need to have a front plate its not the law i think will check
