Just take your car to your local garage,ask them to clean out the throttle body and the maf sensor.

It's not a difficult job,maybe 1/2 hour.

The sound i am getting is a creaking sound if you know what i mean,and i am pretty sure its from the plastic trim underneath the glass.

I dont know how this trim is held in place,maybe someone on here knows?

The tailpipe you are looking at has a diameter of 89mm.to fit over an 80mm exhaust.

Does this not mean you will have 4.5mm gap around it ?

I just think the new remote i bought is for a later model as it has 2002 stamped on the case.

Just got a new uncut key off eBay,timpsons cut it for me.It opens the doors and boot sound.

Despite reading nearly every topic on programming remotes i cannot get it to work.

I am lead to believe i have bought a valeo unit,and i need the denso 4c chip/transponder.

My question is where can i get a transponder from apart from eBay?

Anyone got a spare one going?

Well i bought a second hand head unit,and have only just fitted it.

Guess what? The radio works perfect and the cd As i said before i was'nt too bothered about the cd,but at least now i can listen to fm.

Just hope it lasts me a while as i really like the look of the stock unit.
