Do you think that in general, Lexus are maybe not viewed as highly as the likes of BMW and Mercedes within the UK - and as a result, the sales people try harder? - not necessarily using the hard sell method but are more clued into the market and actually WANT the sale?
I think from my experience, bmw sales people inparticular just 'wait' for the expected business due to their reputation and market share and therefore dont approach you etc...
What do people prefer here too?
1. Being sold to in the hard way
2. the relaxed 'take it or leave it, no pressure' attitude?
I personally prefer number 2 - provided ive been approached and know I can ask questions if i want etc.
