in order not to buy a [ringer]where can i find all vin chassis numbers on a 2001 is200. i know of the windscreen one and the bulkhead plate are there anymore hidden around ? ive checked with hpi and numbers tally ok but if bulkhead is cut out of a say stolen motorand replaced with a damaged motor it would woudnt it.. so has anyone any good tips on finding out cars true identity i dont beleive the cars ringed but you cant be too careful thanks.

thinking of byeing is200 se in granite sky with sat nav but cant find anything on prev owners car was written off in may this year with only 4000 miles on clock now repaired and for sale. trying to make sure car isnt ringed any help appreciated also any help on how to prove vehicals identity
