Has anyone out there found a child seat that fits a IS200 1999?
I have seen a number of posts on this forum that are similar, with people saying they have a seat that fits (Priory XP, Young Sport, etc) but I have tried most of them and they don't fit. I get the impression that people are either being told different things by the pro fitters or they have just brought a seat, it looks right and so they think it fits.
Most of the seats I have tried have buckle crunch caused by the length of the buckle webbing and the others are just loose. If only Lexus had made the buckle an inch shorter most seats would fit. It's driving me mad and I'm now thinking I may have to look at another car.
Is it possible to replace the buckle material with a shorter one?
