has anyone had experience with using silicone brake fluid in older systems ? have completely flushed or replaced all components but seem to have trouble bleeding system.never had a problem with conventional fluid ie. dot3 or dot4. could be rubber components are not compatible with silicone base.i don't know.any ideas?

removed ground cable from battery at engine, cleaned and reassembled . seems to have done the trick. -
keying ignition switch does not always crank engine; sometimes solenoid or relay clicks; sometimes no sounds at all; courtesy and dash lights stay lit when this occurs. After several attempts, cranking occurs. (engine starts). Tried changing batteries/cleaning cables, to no avail. Is it ignition switch or starter. Help! Also, how is starter removed from engine/car ..............
