Dash Lights And Reverse Signal Not Working

Many thanks for your help but have realised it would have worked if i had plugged the connectors back what an idiot i feel for posting that question now -
I have just replaced ignition barrell and had to take the dash off round the instrument panel when it was all put back together the instrument lights wont work or the reverse warning sound wont and gauges ie petrol isnt working but all the rest of the interior lights are working could anybody offer any advice please

Hi just bought IS 200 se,and yes cd player has err3 message searched forums and found old posts but still a bit confused what to do with it.Is it totally gone forever or can it be repaired .............Also my power stearing fluid is low anyone recommend a brand to use and where to buy it sorry if these questions soun a bit stupid but im a total numty when it comes to cars I know nothing ....lol
