Recently replaced the battery, and the battery light on the dash has just come on and stays on. The belt is ok Any ideas?

Hi, I need to change the 120Amp fuse in the fuse box, I have the new fuse and but cant get the old one out. I have been told by Lexus that you need to open the fuse box up to get to this fuse! Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks
