Induction Kit Or Performance Air Filter?

Is this true? that if you get an induction kit the Torque goes down? and if u get a filter the torque goes up a bit? -
how would you change the final drive gearing?. Just a remap?

Hi guys First post. Just got myself a Y plate IS200 Sport. Just a few questions. Left side front light is steamed up was wandering do they have di misters on them? and also browsing the posts some ppl said the wing mirrors are heated? is that perm or is there a switch? also looking at some headlight conversion. are they expensive? anyone recomend any? Thanks
