im getting a 2001 gs 430 and i have been searching and there is no power programmer or chip for this cars ECU?? what would be good besides intake to increase speed gains without gettin a exhuast

i got a 2003 IS300. im lookin to make a bit faster bc my plans fell threw to get a sti but i love the IS. im gettin a SRT intake with Race ECU but not sure if the ECU they give u is the best you can get? heared good things about the apexi. and im also looking to add a Megan Down pipe but i dont want a full exhuast because im not trying to make my car loud just a quick luxurios type. does any1 kno anything about this downpipe. and how loud is it going to be if i were to just have a downpipe?
