  1. Jay, you have a pic of your rack? (lucky you're not female!)
  2. Hi, Easky lefts is my local break, we have a house in Easky village, in Riverbank :) We're only blow-ins though but still, great surf there! As for the SportsCross - I'm not a big fan so dunno what to do at the mo :( /G
  3. In Ireland, yeh My bro is resoring a '64 splitscreen VW at the mo' so be a few more months before we're cruising in that
  4. Man, I surf most weekends and can fit 3 boards in my Civic with the rear seats down and two in the front comfortable. Bikes occasionally too so really need the drop seats. Mate is getting 27mpg at the mo', throw some boards on roof on a rack and mpg will plummet :( Expensive on long surf trips. NUTS :tsktsk:
  5. Yeh, was just in my mates sport and no folding seats, just the hatch. Man, I was nearly decided on a Lex :(
  6. Tell me on some of the IS200/AS200s that the rear seats fold down. If not I think it's a deal breaker for me in a Lex
  7. Sweeet, nice to know I can get this look fairly easy if I don't get this particular car :)
  8. Assuming it's a kit that is, or is it standard on an Altezza? http://www.usedcars.ie/usedcars/index.cfm?...mp;carID=500729 I really like it, or are they just aftermarket lips and lights/grill etc. ??? /G
  9. Cheers man, sounds good to me. I'm off skiing in Italy for the week from this weekend, might give you a shout when I get back, will deliberate on my possible purchase in the meantime :) Razzamatazz is a word I made up meaning "bit flash" ;)
  10. Well according to the links posted, IS vs AS is about 7bhp and a small diff in torque. The RS is a different story obviously ;) Coming from a 96 Civic Coupe(non VTEC, ~110bhp, no torque) though so I don't think an IS will feel slow, at least for a while anyway. Would be looking for something around '02 for under €20k, closer to €15k the better, can't have everything though. Still not decided on Lexus though, dunno if it's too razzamatazz for me?
  11. Thanks for the quick replies dudes, sounds like the IS would be better to go for so, though comparing those links above, the skirts, lips etc. on the AS are far nicer, wondering if maybe they weren't standard so? Yeh, I probably should have spent some more time searching, couldn't have said hello then :)
  12. Hmmm, so is this an RS then?, didn't think so? : http://www.usedcars.ie/usedcars/index.cfm?...mp;carID=500729
  13. Hi, new here, hoping to be a Lexus owner shortly, all going well :) What's the difference between the Altezza and the IS? Didn't see a comparison anywhere?
