Hey GWilso No its not the release, its the top of the hinge thats broken. Probably has n't been oiled in awhile and snapped. Not only that the Hinge is rivetted on and not bolted on. My old Avensis has it hinge bolted, pity. Fred

Hi Guys, Looks like I have to explain myself for not having pics up yet. I'm going back years in the car detailing section of LOC to iron out a few problems. I've got a busted petrol flap (came with the car) a small hole in the driver side rear lights fogging up the inside(not my fault again came with the car) and I reversed into a pillar, so theres a dirty scratch I need to fix. So i'm a bit ashamed to put pics up as all yours cars look immaculate and fair play. I live in galway and work in kildare so the long drives are a pleassssssure for me. I only heard about the rolling road on sunday so I missed that one, hopefully next time. The more I read the more confidence I get to fix the Lex up, as I've always fixed, serviced my own car. But as ye all no Lexus are a different class so I'm a bit wary to go near it. Please keep up the good work. will put a few pics up here this evening that are ok to show, as I'm at work at the mo. Supercharger are very tempting.................we'll see
