desiding

I have a japanese imported rx 300. I have bought a new radio with english spec for it but the connectors are a different size to the one thats already in. Is there anywhere i can buy connectors for it?

i have a japanese import rx 300. for some reason the volume went really quiet on the radio does anybody know why or anywhere close to stoke on trent who can fix it
