  1. Cheers m8, I'm going of my head trying to get this imformation as I badly need new rims and the so-called specialist dealers dont have a clue
  2. Hi Alex JB, tell me about it, the alloys are going back tomorrow m8. Where did you get your 18" rims from and did they fit straight on ?? cheers
  3. Hi all, I am having problems trying to find an after market 17" alloy to fit my 1996 Ls 400. I just bough a set of "DOTZ" ZINC complete with Dunlop SP 270'S from halfords and after the compulasry weeks wait I picked them up last night. Raring to fit them I took of the front drivers side wheel and gently put on the new DOTZ, it lined up perfectly until it came into contact with the large brake caliper..DAMM and BLAST. I even went out and bought 5mm spacers.. against my better judgement.. to see if this would help but its needs about 7mm to clear the caliper and the nuts wouldnt go on anyway with that amount of spacer The size of the alloys are 17 x 7 and the offset is 40, which by all accounts should fit..believe me they dont..not on the front anyway. Could someone please tell me the proper offset for my car...its a 1996 (oct).
