Help Aiming Rx300 Headlights

Hello RXperts, Can anyone give me any direction on how to aim the headlight on a 01 RX 300? My owner's manual states adjusting 2 screws in the back. But those instructions only apply to the HID lights (I assume), because I don't have those 2 screws. My search on this site gave me the same info. So does anyone have experience in adjusting the standard low beams. Thanks, gutus
