  1. BTW no offence intended for the LS430 owners. It is a lovely car, I would have probably bought one, but I had only driven this car some 5k miles ,when the 430 first came out and it was'nt worth for me to change at a high cost then. Jai.
  2. Hello Everybody. A big hello . Just introducing myself and my car here , a Mark 4 LS400 , sep. 98 S plate. I bought it brand new. It has about 33000 miles on it. As I am obsessed with it, hence the pristine condition as you can see. By the way these pics were only taken yesterday. I do think though that the Mark 4 is a better shape than , the LS430 as the rear end looks too much like the old S Class. No modifications on mine, but extras such as the sc430 chrome wheels, H+R spacers 15 mm wide, gas technology shockers, non rusting discs and non dusting brake pads - all these items from Lexus USA.To keep it new like I have used it carefully washed it with soft cloth , no sponges to avoid swirl marks and supagard treatment evry two years and litres of litres of autoglym leather cream over the years, serviced every year and also had last year all the works when servicing including the parts from Lexus USA, in addition to the cambelt, all other belts, iridium spark plugs, camshaft pulleys, water pump and all the filters. I am thinking about a change now but at the same time worried about what if the new owner does not treat the car as I have and then I see it on a road somewhere looking all rough and second hand like , as that would probably upset me. Regardless , I should be spending my time with a LS600H as soon as I have sorted a couple of things. Anyways here is a link and have a look. regards, Jai http://photos.orange.co.uk/shared/browse.h...27&page=all
  3. Hello All. Just a comment by experience. I have had both the GS and the LS. In my view the LS is not all that bigger than the GS , but in terms of looks neither can the GS nor can the LS430 which's rear looks too much like the old S class, the Mark 4 in the right colour combination , condition and some proper wheels is a cut above the rest and the drive from the V8 vvti , is obviously a lot better with same economy. Just copy and paste this link of my LS pictures with SC430 Chrome wheels, enjoy and think again . Have fun, Jai. http://photos.orange.co.uk/shared/browse.h...27&page=all
