Do the new 18" wheels fit the Mk1 RX300, mine is on factory option 17" at the minute but I quite like the new ones.

Hi everyone, new to the forum and new to Lexus ownership, Just purchased a 2003 RX300 from Lexus in Bradford. Love everything about it except the orange side repeaters, after searching through these forums for a couple of hours I can find that posts about the GS, LS and IS, someone says they may fit the RX but no one seems to say for sure. Does anyone know if the toyota part number 81730-20220 which fits the GS300 will fit without modification. Also while I'm on the matter does anyone know of anywhere I could purchase the rear spoiler which sits just above the rear window as mine doesnt have one for some reason.
