What does ARS light on the dash and the air-con control screen mean on a V300 Aristo? Is it Active Rear Steer? What is this please?

I have a V300 Aristo 1996 TT auto and have purchased a HKS Type 1 speed defencer from Fensport. Has anyone got an English wiring diagram? Is the Type 1 correct for this car?

I have a 1996 V300 Vertex with 235/30 19's on the rear. The car is quite new to me and it seems to wander at the rear, very similar to tramlining on fwd cars. Is it the width of the tyres (which are almost new) or is it something more serious.
