I tried to open that file with Wordpad, Word and adobe reader and none will read it! What program do i need to open it?

Hi all, I'm recently after buying an altezza rs200 and the Owners Manual is in japanese. I've contacted toyota and they said as the rs200 was not available outside japan from new the manual wasnt printed in English! Does anyone have an English version that can send it to me on pdf file!?
