Hi there, first post - been a bit of a lurker so far.
2003 IS200 Auto (86k).
In normal driving I'm finding that when accelerating, engine speeds up in all gears (except perhaps L) to about 3000rpm and then the car speed "catches up". Is this normal ? It's perhaps marginally better when cold (2500-2750rpm or so). ATF level is correct, fluid is perhaps a little on the brown side of red but otherwise clean looking. In all other respects the transmission is smooth, no odd noises, kick-down works ok etc.
I guess a fluid change is worth a try but I'd be grateful for any hints / experiences.
Thanks in advance.
Simon
