Hey guys, Thanks for the reply. I have sorted it out with the guy. He changed the finance into a Personal loan so i could pay him and he pay the company. I checked with HPI and they said there was no outstanding Finance on the Car. Phoned the company too.

Hi guys, Today I found out a car i really like, The problem is the person selling the Car has it on finance. Have anyone else ever brought a Car with this problem? What sort of agreement did you come to? I just want to know of any ideas that would be good? Thanks

Hey guys, Thanks for the welcoming. I am still looking for the IS I want and guess I might have to up the search for the newer Lexus to find the one I want. Very faustrating at the moment because my old car insurance just ran out and did not want the trouble of renewing it then changing it over to the Lexus. Anyways, the extra has let me read the forum and guides about what to look out for etc and what to look forward to e.g. Moding it up!!! can't wait!!!!. anyways, I keep everyone posted.

Hi Gord, Thanks for welcoming me. I just have a question for you. I am looking for a IS200 black/Platinum Ice( I prefer Black), under 50k mileage with full leather seats. It has to be auto( the Wife can only drive auto and would'nt agree otherwise). I am looking to spend 7500-8000 for a 02 plate or maybe 8500-9000 for an 03 plate onwards. The question is do you think I can get one for that price or am I setting my standard too high? Thanks Mac
