Hi guys, I hope some-one can help. 'have owned my gs300 for 3 months, and it's great......except yesterday i looked at the rev counter,while sitting in traffic,and it was sitting at 2500! However it was ticking over nicely. When I put my foot down, the car accelerated as normal, but the revs barely moved upwards. On heavy acceleration it moves up to the 5-6k mark, but reluctantly. If, at tick-over, I hit the dash, the needle moves down very slightly.On turning off the engine the needle returns to the 0 mark. Any thoughts gratefully received.
