Hi everyone

I finished the race for life in 50 minutes and it took me 5 days to recover, still aching I think I might train for it next year and runn the whole 5k

I raised a grand total of £70 (£5 online pledge and £65 cash sponsors)

I have the Vodafone one bit pricey got it when it was full price £30 unlimited downloads

is really good I have used it while being a passger in Johns wagon and kept connected for a 2 hour journey.

it is ideal for when john is working away uses it for sky anytime and downloading music and movies.

I think it gets 3.6 mbps and i soetimes use it when my landline broadband with virgin goes slow.

I am doing the Race for Life at Pontefract Race course on sunday.

This is the first one I have done. I am not the fittest person in the world and dont usually walk anywhere.

I have done a little bit of training and feel confident that I will be able to make the 5k around the race course.

It is a long journey without any music and trust me I dont want to ask the wife to sing she cant carry a note in a bucket

Jap car night at Squires (AKA milk bar ) in sherburn in Elmet near Leeds.

This takes place on the first Tuesday of every month. cars usually start arriving around 6.30 - 7pm and stay till 9 - 10 ish

Squires is the bikers cafe in sherburn and can get busy during the summer months. I have been to this meet in my GTO and there is usually a very good turn out from lots of different clubs.

anyone going to this?

I have just bought a MK1 GS300 and the amp is dead.

How easy is it to fit an aftermarket amp and aftermarket radio.

Hello everyone

Just taken ownership of a MK1 GS300 Sport and thought I would join and introduce myself on here.

I am in Pontefract West Yorkshire and hope to attend a few meets if there are any.

Had the car a couple of days and the only problem I have encountered so far is the amp isnt working so no sound from the stereo :(

so now I am off to wash and polish it and take some pics to post on here soon

where is a central place for a yorkshire meet?

Post Office pub just off the M1 after Wooley Edge Services (good food decent sized car park)

Ferry Boat Inn Howden just off M62 (good food decent sized car park)

The Malthouse Rishworth Sowerby Bridge HX6 4QB (good food decent size car park)

also 1st Tuesday evening of the month Jap cars meet at Squires - sherburn just off the A1 (bikers cafe AKA milk bar)
