Change it now. I just got mine done with tensioner and water pump. £560. Don't take the chance or atleast get it inspected. just got mine done for just under £300 timing belt kit,water pump,p.steering belt,alt belt,and a/c belt not at lexus though :) Hi ive got a 1999 sport model that has just had its first change at 150000 miles just bought it looks as though it had never been done as there was a 20cm patch where the teeth had worn away or were missing ive been so so lucky get it changed
