So it looks like I need a new amp or mine repairing !

Is it easy to remove ?

Will the standard poineer one be compatible as on eBay they are £200 cheaper ?

My stereo has stopped working ,, comes up on screen , but no sound .

When I press sound the balance etc comes up , but won't change anything and bot tons are blue when I think should be yellow ?

Dunno how I did it twice lol

No , the Battery hasn't been disconnected

Warning light has come up on my dash . Info says check vsc

Traction control off light is also on.

Handbook says fine to drive but obv the traction control ain't working .

Any ideas of anything for me to check ,, before I take it into garage ?

Just hope it's not the height sensor failed.

That an expensive repair ?

On my 2004 LS430 I have noticed today that there seems to be a slight difference in the gap from top of tyre to wheel arch on rear , near side gap approx 1.5 inch , off side 3 inch.

No noises etc , no wobbly or bouncy rear end , car runs perfectly and feels as it should , is this difference in height a major worry ?

Any help and advice will be v welcome .

Have you considered having breakdown cover as part of the extras on you car insurance bet it works out cheaper - just a thought

And saved the mrs £320 on repairs to her 3 series

My LS430 costs me £445 per year , fully comp , with mrs on it .

Best quote I had on the compare sites was £870 due to 3 points and the fact that I've had two accidents one was my fault !

745i ,,,,,, I was looking at a 745li or LS430 but it had oil leak so opted for the Lexus

My aim is to get a 760li within 12 months ,,, I have friends that have his n hers 760li's think they are both 05 reg

They are for the rear seat settings.

Front seat settings are the same.

Engine off ignition on.

Adjust the seat to where you want it, press S and 1 together to program that seat setting to number 1, it will beep when done correctly, adjust the seat for your partner for example, press S and 2 together to set it to number 2, again it will beep.

Now for a laugh, just press 1 and it will move the seat to setting 1, press 2 and it moves the seat to setting 2

Picked the LS up on Thursday ,,,, covered 350 miles ,

Merc CL500 currently on eBay , nothing but trouble ! Over £1,700 in repairs in 4,000 miles

Car only has 74,000 on it !

Been looking at jag xj8 , Audi A8, BMW 745li and LS430

My question is after reading on here about LS430 , are they any more reliable than the cars listed above ?

ls400 better on a very long STRAIGHT run but otherwise...especially on looks the xj8 wins by a huge margain
