Hello Rudy. I have tried following your instuctions and when the calibration is done I press 'save'. (Although I'm not sure I'm doing it correctly). But the next time I put it in reverse I still get the 'system not ready' message. Thanks anyway for your help.

I'm afraid I haven't found a solution, and I haven't yet plucked up the courage to ask a main dealer how much.

Thank you for your response Colin. Obviously the DIY solution would be preferable and I appreciate your looking into it. Do you think it is Main dealer love or are there people other than Lexus that could tackle it?

Hello everyone, I used to have LX400, and after a (foolish) dalliance with Mercedes I am now safely back in the Lexus fold with a 2004 RX300. Can anyone help with this query? When I select reverse gear the display changes to the rear camera but without the green/red guide lines which I believe should appear. Instead 'system not ready' is written accross the screen. Is this a known fault that anyone is aware of? All help much appreciated.
