  1. You can set it via the remote fob. Check out this YouTube guide:
  2. How old is your car? If under 5 years they should say do 2 and they will give you 2 free. Kick up a fuss with Customer Relations. I'm going through that process at the moment. Max £150 for all 4 is what I'm trying to do.
  3. It just seems unfair and if enough of us complain at the same time, they might acknowledge that there is an issue. I have another car which is a 10 yr old BMW and no issues like this.
  4. Just wondering if anyone else has flaking/bubbling alloy wheels? I've a 2006 IS250 and the alloys have started to do this again. They have been replaced already witihin the warranty period but now it is out of warranty and started again. Lexus say that they can't do anything but I would expect the alloys not to age so quickly. Is it a manufacturing fault?
  5. Any ideas where I can get the latest nav cd for my 1998 LS400?
  6. Looking for a set of door seals for my 1998 LS400. Any recommendations where I can get them from at a good price?
  7. I'd like to know two things about the heating/coolant in the IS250 1. How long does your car take to warm up? Mine takes a good twenty minutes with normal driving. I think this is way too long. 2. When it does warm up, where does your coolant gauge sit? Mine is never half way where I would expect it to be. The reason I'm asking is that my other car (BMW) heats up within 5 minutes and gauge sits bang on centre between cold and hot. Anything to worry about?
  8. Hi, I had the same issue where the passenger side Xenon flicked on for about 1 second then went out. I went to my local dealer and they confirmed that the bulb was faulty and tested this by replacing it with a new one. These new Xenon's are supposed to last around 20 times longer than normal halogen bulbs. The OEM ones which are used by Lexus/Toyota are referred to as the D4S and made by Philips. I complained to Lexus customer services and they replaced the buld FOC as the car was only 1 year old. Have a chat to Lexus customer services as they should do this under warranty as the Philips bulbs themselves come with a 2 year manufactures warranty if you bought it direct from Philips. Good luck!
