on saturday i parked my car at around 1100.

at around 1200 on monday i  drove it about 25 yards and parked it and returned to it around 1 hour later and returned it 25 yards.

this morning(tuesday) at around 0800 when i tried to start the car it would not fire up for some time and when it eventually did the engine sounded like a tractor.

i continued to rev it  up and it settled down okay and was its usual very quiet self.

i drove about 8 miles to work, parked it and with the engine running had a quick look under the bonnet - nothing unusual appeared.

i leave work at 5 and will see what haappens.

in the meantime can anyone console me to the fact that my engine is not about to blow etc. etc. etc..
