I have a 95 SC 400 w/ 85k miles. It has a habit of surging / spudering at all speeds. The tach does not move, but it is very noticable. The A/C also kicks up the idle to almost 1k rpm, causing the car to lurch forward if the brakes are not pressed firmly (dangerous at traffic lights). I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, distri. caps, rotors, and plug wires. I also cleaned the egr and throttle body. Both problems are constant. The dealer in Orlando is worthless and at the last visit they ran an SUV into my front fender, so they are not an option. Any advise would be very helpful.
