thanks for that mate.. yes i saw 2 ways of ejecting the dvd.. dont know which 1 is correct.. " The secret is there are hidden buttons on the LCD screen, in the top left and bottom left corners. Press the top left corner of the lcd screen (nothing will happen), then press the bottom left corner of the LCD screen (nothing will happen), press the top left corner of the LCD screen again; hey presto the DVD will spit out the disc!!!" cannot seem to find the other topic.. but will this work in my 2005 model? ... where is the compartment for the dvd removal? what is the LATEST part number for the GS300? i think it is version 2...

hey all, hope every1 is ok.. new to this forum and was wondering if can help me.. i have a lexus gs300.. 2005 model... how do i remove the sat nav dvd and install a new version of it... does anyone have the name of the dvd for the 2008-09 or 09-10 edition .. i will look around ... how do i go about removing this.. all help will be appreciated thanks
