  1. cheers mate, that is what i was looking for
  2. my concern is, is the dipped beam still bright enough? does anyone have any pictures of the car with the dipped beam on? Also is it better to paint the light surround or leave it chrome?
  3. I have been concidering fitting halo lights to my IS and i have came across these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEXUS-IS200-IS300-CCFL-HALO-ANGEL-EYE-HEAD-LIGHTS-98-05_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem4839b4962dQQitemZ310205781549QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories but never heard of them what do you think?
  4. after washing my is200 the other day i noticed that both headlights are quite dull and are pretty badly worn and marked at the top of the glass. the marks fell rough to the touch. i was wondering if anyone knows does the is200 come with headlight protectors and its these that are damaged or is it the actual headlight and if so where can i get new ones? or is there some kind of nice upgrade i can do instead. cheers
  5. i bought my is200 last week and one of the key fobs doesn't work, i thought it was the batterys so i bought new ones and replaced them. the same fob still doesn't work but the red led light is flashing on the fob when i press the buttons. is there a way of linking them up with the car?
  6. not yet, my mates fitting my new tyres tomorrow at his garage so i will get it up on the ramp for a proper look. My 1st thought was a wheel bearing but it gets louder when you brake, kind of like warped discs, but warped discs wouldnt cause the noise during normal driving
  7. i am new to the site and new to Lexus's. on saturday i bought myself a 99 is200 sport and its a craking motor but there is a noise coming from the front i think. it loudest around 30mph, there's no steering wheel shudder, it gets louder as i brake but doesn't make any difference if i have the clutch in or out. any ideas?
