When I push the button to "PWR"/"SNOW" nothing is happening in the dashboard too.

Hello everybody, I have Lexus GS 430, but PWR and SNOW function is not working. When I set to PWR or SNOW, nothing is happening. I have checked fuse box, but it seems that everything there is ok. So now I really do not know what else should I check. Does anyone had a problem like this? Thank you in advance. P.S. Sorry for my broken english.. :)
