It's designed to save wear on the brakes

I experience the same thing as well. It feels as if the brakes are slightly engaged everytime I release the accelerator at low speeds.

Which tire would you guys recommend replacing on my RX? I want the same size they came with. I like a quiet tire. Is Michelen better than Bridgestone? Mine came replaced with cooper and they are so noisy and already chopping on the inside and outside of each tire.
