Hello, I have just bought a 1999 Lexus LS400. I have one small problem with it and thought I would check if it is common or if anyone else has come across it. My central locking doesn't work from the remote or by putting the key in the door. The central locking works perfectly if I press the locking button beside the window switches, it locks and unlocks perfectly. When I exit the car and try to lock it from either door or use the remote (I have checked and the battery is O.K. and the led illuminates) the central locking doesn't work. It's obviously not the end of the world but is alot handier if I could get it to work. I have checked all the fuses are O.K. but as the button inside works the locking and the doors lock individually with the key I am completely lost.
