  1. Thanks Neil, I'll give that some thought. BTW anyone used the place that pops up on Google ads on here with satnav discs from £25? they do the lexus for £40 and claim it's the same as one from Lexus with 2011 maps but still no full postcode, wondering if anyones got one to share their experience.
  2. HI there, Can anyone tell me if the later versions of Lexus Sat Nav have full postcode input yet? Mine is a 57 RX400h and only goes to 4 digits also seems to be quite a lot of roads missing as well. Thinking of upgrading but at Lexus prices no point if it's not a decent improvement, might as well use a TomTom.
  3. BRILLIANT! Been driving me and my wife nuts since we got our RX400h. worked first time no problem. huge thanks! :)
  4. Thanks for your input guys. I had thought that maybe the Lexus technology wasn't up to the Apple standard, maybe that's exactly what the problem is. Last year I had a Jag Xtype for 3 months and although I hated the car the phone book loaded ok so it can't be a big deal. Also no problems with the Parrot system I've got in my old Chevy pickup. Come on Lexus the Iphones been around for 4 years now, how long do you need to catch up!
  5. Hi everyone, just bought a 57 RX400 last week and although my 3GS connected easily enough I can't get the phonebook to transfer. It just keeps saying 'please send data from the phone'. Anyone else had this problem? Frustrating not having access to all my numbers when I'm in the car. Otherwise the car is fantastic, best car I've ever owned I reckon.
