I found this site in New Zealand. CeeKay you might find this useful. It's www.jpnz.co.nz They are specialised in translating japanese cars owners handbooks in English. They have some translated ones already for sale also if you look. I found one for the 1998 Harrier and I ordered it. I hope it will help a bit to understand some functions. I haven't received it yet. It's gonna take a while i reckon. Did anyone find out anything else about converting the Japanese on the screen into English ? Yiannis

Hello everyone! I am new to this discussion group so I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask this. I live in Cyprus and I've bought a 1998 RX300 imported from Japan - (Toyota Harrier model) from a car dealer here. The thing is that the LCD display is all in japanese and I dont know if there is a navigation system installed or anything else like TV reception. Does anyone know what I can do about it? I've read something about a converter in one the groups. Do you thing there is some language converted somewhere, or would I have to change the whole thing? What can I get out of what I have now?
