  1. Just got to tell you guys this. I booked my Aristo Vertex V300 in for a full service and 63000 mile change of cambelt and plugs. The cost was £595 with the owner club discount which I thought was very good in itself. Once they took my vehicle they were extremely thorough in that they phoned me every time they notice evn the slightest thing (front tray had been scored and lost some of its housing....they fixed that for £0). These guys were very helpful and also tracked my wheels for nothing....drove it for a while notice a wheel wobble and aligned my wheels again for nothing. They then valeted the interior and washed and polished the car as part of the service. I could not get to the showroom until after they closed at 6.25PM. They kept a guy there until I arrived and locked up immediatly I collected the vehicle. They also with my receipt, gave a recommendation on improvements or info that they felt may be of interest. ie due to the lowering of the vehicle it produced a harder ride than a normal Lexus. They suggested perhaps better springs and quoted it for me just for reference. This has been a great experience in service and I cannot recommend Lexus Hadleigh (Essex) enough. 01702 420333 Brilliant! Gunner

  3. Try Lexus Hadleigh....01702 420333. They service and look after the Aristos ( They look after my Vertex and are great) and they have access to all parts via there internal system even if they have to get it from Japan. Give them a shot and be surprised at how helpful they are bearing in mind how many Lexus dealers won't touch the Aristo. :D
  4. I've just purchased an Aristo Vertex V300 Twin Turbo R98 reg 60,000 on the clock and immaculate at £12,995. So between £6k to £9k should be a fare enough price. ;)
  5. HI all Having just taken delivery (Saturday) of my 98 Aristo Vertex V300 twin turbo you can understand I am still quivering with the excitement of my first 150 miles of unadulterated pleasure. I do have a couple of questions though that I would welcome any comments. firstly I found an alpine Car navi NO55PV sat nav in the boot sitting on top of what looked like a home made converter in the boot. I spent £100 on the map software and loaded it up....no joy. I gave the car to an electrical friend of mine who upon getting the converter running managed to get channel 4 and ITV working on sound only...no picture...he also could not get the sat nav to work. The software is being accessed and the remote bleeps when pointed at the sensor but no picture. Any ideas....he said that I would need a new PAL to NTSC converter as the home made one seems to be faulty...and he has no clue about the sat nav...What channel should it be on? or does it override the screen controls once on....I can feel money being spent already. Last question....on a very enjoyable first 150 miles, some reaching an easy 120 mph as smooth as silk I began to get a slight feeling of wheel wobble through the car at 80MPH on the last leg of the journey home...the turbo timer registered 3.15(if that means anything to anyone) and seemed to ease as I slowed into urban traffic.... I left it 2 hours and drove again a short distance...it seemed to be a smoother ride again although I could feel a very slight (tiny) wobble when accelerating to 60mph...could this just be a tracking issue or has anyone else experienced similar. Sorry for the dumb questions I am not a mechanic I just love driving nice cars. My car by the way is a black Aristo Vertex twin turbo V300 with black windows, black leather interior (Immaculate throughout) 58 on the clock and as quiet as a mouse. Cheers!!
